Villa Del Mar is located just a two-minute walk from the main beach.
To reach the beach, exit the villa, turn right, then right again. Walk up the street and turn left — the path leads directly down to the main beach.
The beach esplanade with its coffee shops is also very close. Exit the villa, turn left, then right and right again, and you’ll arrive at the stretch of cafés along the beach.
If you continue down this street, you’ll reach the main road, where you’ll find many of Arugam Bay’s shops, bars, and restaurants.
Tea Station
For your convenience, each room includes a tea and coffee station with local Ceylon herbal and black tea bags, Nescafé, black coffee, and a kettle. These are complimentary and free to use. Housekeeping will refill them during cleaning, but if you run out, please don’t hesitate to contact housekeeping.

Your room is cleaned daily. If you need anything during your stay — such as shampoo, tea, or other essentials — please feel free to reach out to us anytime, we’re happy to help.
We don’t offer laundry service at the villa, but right in front you’ll find a great local laundry service called Jaya, which many of our guests use during their stay.

Safe
In your room closet, you will find a safe for your valuables.
To use it, enter any four-digit code of your choice and press lock while closing the door. To open it again, simply enter the same four-digit code you set.
Minibar
In your room, you’ll find a minibar for your convenience. All items and prices are listed on the minibar. Feel free to enjoy anything at any time of the day or night. Housekeeping will keep track of the items and refill them as needed. If you’d like something refilled right away, please don’t hesitate to contact housekeeping.
In-room massage
We offer in-room massage services in the comfort and privacy of your own room. Relax in your preferred temperature with the AC set just the way you like, and enjoy the convenience of being close to your own shower afterward. It’s a quiet, comfortable experience designed for complete relaxation.

Our restaurant offers wholesome, homemade dairy and fish dishes made fresh each day. We use organic milk from grass-fed cows and prepare our cheeses in-house. Enjoy coffee, milkshakes, iced drinks, pizzas, pastas, lasagna, sandwiches, desserts, and more — a relaxed and delicious experience right across from the villa (kosher).
